Weapon Grace: (Prereq: Weapon Finesse) When making a melee attack using Weapon Finesse or a ranged attack within 30 feet, you may apply 1/2 your Dex modifier to your damage instead of applying your Str modifier. Unlike Str, this amount does not vary when using a weapon two-handed or in your off-hand. This feat does not function with Power Attack or against opponents immune to critical hits.

Expert Tactics: (Prereq: Combat Expertise) Your wide range of expert moves catches opponents by surprise. When using the Dirty Trick, Disarm, Reposition, Steal, and Trip maneuvers, you only provoke attacks of opportunity when you repeat the same maneuver against the same enemy during a combat. For the purposes of feat prerequisites, you count as having the Improved maneuver feat for every combat maneuver affected by this feat.

Lay Channeler: (Prereq: Cha 10+, must have an alignment within 1 step of your deity’s) You can call on your strong faith in times of need. You may Channel once per day as if you were a cleric of your character level. You must have and be able to present a holy symbol of your deity to use this ability.

New Regional Traits

Karcau Trader: Growing up among Karcau’s merchant fleets has given you a sharp eye for value and trouble. You gain a +1 trait bonus to Appraise and Perception. Appraise is always a Class skill for you.

Tireless: You are accustomed to long marches through Sinaria’s thick swamps. As long as you are not wearing heavy armor or carrying a heavy load, you calculate your overland move speed as if your base movement speed as 10 ft faster.

Aldori Fencer: Trained in the fighting styles of nearby Brevory, you gain Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Aldori Dueling Sword (basically 20 gp longswords which can be used with Weapon Finesse).

New General Traits

Child of a Distant God: You have either traveled from a distant land or adopted the faith of a missionary from afar. Either way, your interest in theology grants you a +1 trait bonus to Knowledge: Religion checks, and Knowledge: Religion is always a class skill for you. Note: You must take this feat to follow a religion not present in the area.

Unusual Race: You are an Aasimar, Tiefling, Orc, Goblin, Kobold, Hobgoblin, Drow, Duergar, Tengu, or Grippli. Note: Adventurers must have made peaceful contact with members of that race before you may create a character with this trait. If you have a concept in mind, you can request a starting clue which steers you in the right direction.
